Depending on the service selected, your reading will be delivered as either:

Yes. Private live readings are coming soon and will be available in 30-,45-,and 60-minute sessions.

Absolutely. Every private reading is handled with professionalism and confidentiality. Your personal information and reading details will never be shared without your permission.

Because each reading is personally prepared and reserved exclusively for you, all purchases are final once payment has been received.

Email and Recorded Readings

• Orders may be cancelled for a full refund only if I have not begun your reading.

• Once your reading has been started or completed, cancellations, and refunds cannot be provided.

Private Live Readings

• You may reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment are non-refundable.

• If you’re more than 15 minutes late without prior communication, your session may be considered forfeited.

Live Readings

• Purchases made during a live session are valid for that live event unless otherwise discussed.

• If I am unable to complete your reading during the live, we will arrange an alternative delivery or issue a refund if necessary.

If I Need to Cancel

If I need to cancel or reschedule due to an unforeseen circumstance, you will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
